With a soft, moist texture, and packed with rum-soaked flavour, this gorgeous vegan fruit cake is all but identical in taste to our traditional fruit cake recipe, so the whole family can enjoy it, vegan or not, they won’t notice the difference!

Our Grandpa Stuart’s cherished recipe is the stuff of (local) legend. What began as a first prize in the village fete baking competition has evolved into a small batch Suffolk bakery, producing Grandpa’s moist and tender fruit cake just like the day he first created the recipe.
