Absolutely. Every one of our cakes is handmade in small batches here in Suffolk using our own time-tested recipe.

Yes – the fruit is soaked in brandy before baking for a rich, festive flavour. However, the alcohol is cooked out during baking. We also offer alcohol-free versions on request.
Can I send this as a gift?
Of course! Your cake will arrive securely packaged and beautifully presented. Just let us know it's a gift and we'll remove the invoice.
