Every slice is mouth-wateringly moist, moreish, and fruity. Juicy cherries, sultanas, citrus, apricots, dates, infused with rum and boiled with sugar and mixed spices until they are plump, succulent, and bursting with the flavour before being baked to perfection.

About Grandpa's

Our Grandpa Stuart’s cherished recipe is the stuff of (local) legend. What began as a first prize in the village fete baking competition has evolved into a small batch Suffolk bakery, producing Grandpa’s moist and tender fruit cake just like the day he first created the recipe.
