Our 6" Wedding Fruit Cake is crafted the old-fashioned way — a rich, beautifully deep boiled fruit cake made with luxury vine fruits soaked and cooked in extra brandy for an unforgettable flavour. This is the richest, most indulgent fruit cake we make at Grandpa’s Cakes.
Each cake is baked using a full 1kg fruit cake base, then hand-covered with smooth marzipan and finished with a flawless layer of white fondant icing. No shortcuts, no factory lines — just genuine craft, patience, and the heritage methods we’ve used for years.
Perfect as a small wedding cake, the top tier of a larger stack, an intimate celebration, or a thoughtful wedding gift.

About Grandpa's
Our Grandpa Stuart’s cherished recipe is the stuff of (local) legend. What began as a first prize in the village fete baking competition has evolved into a small batch Suffolk bakery, producing Grandpa’s moist and tender fruit cake just like the day he first created the recipe.
