Our fruit cakes are crafted with care and precision, and we recommend serving slices that are approximately 70 grams, 70mm tall, 50mm wide, and 15mm thick. Of course, the exact number of slices can vary depending on how the cake is cut, but here’s a handy guide to help you plan:
6-inch cake: Serves approximately 10-12 guests
8-inch cake: Serves approximately 20-25 guests
10-inch cake: Serves approximately 40-50 guests
12-inch cake: Serves approximately 70-80 guests
What Size Cake Do You Need for Your Guest Count?
We offer 2-tier and 3-tier round cakes in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. Here’s what we recommend based on your guest count:
For 50 guests a 6, 8, 10-inch tiered cake will serve approximately 70 guests, giving you plenty of cake to go around (and maybe even some leftovers!).
For 100 guests an 8, 10, 12-inch tiered cake will serve 130+ guests, ensuring everyone gets a slice of your special day.
