I’m the baker, the mixer, the washer-upper, the packer and the dispatcher! Every cake is handmade in small batches with care, mixed the traditional way using a wooden spoon — no factory lines, no shortcuts, and certainly no call centres.
Sometimes I may be right in the middle of baking when the phone rings. There’s a good chance I’ll have flour on my hands or fruit soaking for the next batch of cakes. But if I miss your call, I will always call you back.
